Refund Policy

Clear rules for refunds on courses, subscriptions, and digital downloads.

At a glance. Paid courses: 14-day money-back guarantee. Annual subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Monthly subscriptions: cancel any time, no refund for the current billing month. Digital downloads (e-books, templates): non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law. 1. Paid courses

If you are not satisfied with a paid course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. There is no quiz, no “why?” required, and no restocking fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 14 days, courses are non-refundable, but you continue to have lifetime access (or the access period stated on the product page).

2. Annual subscriptions

If you purchase an annual Premium Tools subscription, you may cancel and request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel any time but you will not receive a partial refund for unused months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period; you retain access until then.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly Premium Tools subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account dashboard. There is no refund for the current billing month, but you will not be charged again. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Digital downloads (e-books and templates)

E-books and templates are delivered immediately via download link. Once you have downloaded the file, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise (for example, the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts — for EU customers, this applies only if you have not yet downloaded the file).

5. Bundles

If you purchase a bundle (multiple courses or products together) and request a refund within the eligible window, the refund applies to the entire bundle. Partial refunds for one component of a bundle are not available.

6. Promotional and discounted purchases

Sales-priced and promotional purchases are eligible for refunds on the same terms as full-price purchases (14 days for courses, 30 days for annual subscriptions). Refunds are calculated on the price you actually paid, not the list price.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

We’d rather you email us than file a chargeback. If you have a billing question, please contact contact@businessskillforge.com first and we will respond within 1–2 business days. If you file a chargeback without contacting us, your access to BSF courses and tools may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

8. How to request a refund

Email contact@businessskillforge.com with the subject “Refund request,” and include:

  • Your order number (from the receipt email)
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The product name
  • The reason for the refund (optional, but appreciated — helps us improve)

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process the refund within 5 business days of confirmation.

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we believe the refund is being requested in bad faith — for example, after the user has downloaded the entire course library and is requesting a refund to obtain the content for free, or after repeated refund requests by the same person for similar products.
