One row per invoice. Outstanding balance, days overdue and the ageing bucket all calculate from the due date, so the summary is right the moment you type. Change the as-at date to age the book at any point in time. Includes total and overdue exposure, overdue as a share of the book, average days overdue and the single largest overdue invoice. Status is a dropdown, so the numbers cannot drift on a typo. Built and formula-tested by Business Skill Forge. Works in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice.
