Excel is still the accountant's power tool. What's the one formula, shortcut, or technique you can't live without?

To start us off: SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, and dynamic arrays have replaced a lot of old VLOOKUP workflows. Share yours — bonus points for a quick example.
